What You Can Expect: Time to Be Heard     

A 45-minute initial consultation is required for all new patients to the practice. This consultation provides dedicated time to discuss the symptoms you are experiencing, review your health history, explore your concerns and goals, and identify areas that may benefit from closer evaluation.

***If you are a previous patient of Deb’s from another practice, you are not subject to the initial consultation requirement and may instead schedule the appropriate follow-up care appointment.***

A Broader Perspective

Depending on your individual needs, we may consider taking a closer look into your hormone and thyroid health, metabolism, cardiovascular risk, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, environmental exposures, and other factors that can influence well-being.

Thoughtful Testing

Laboratory testing, radiology studies, and additional diagnostic evaluation may be ordered based on your individual needs.

A Plan Created for You

Your recommendations may include lifestyle and nutritional strategies, prescription therapy, hormone management, weight or metabolic treatment, peptide therapy when clinically appropriate, or other appropriate interventions.

Ongoing Partnership

Follow-up appointments are 15–30 minutes depending on the type of appointment and individual patient needs, allowing us to monitor progress, review results, and adjust your plan of care.

Secure patient portal communication with Deb is also available between scheduled appointments for questions related to your care.

Convenient Care in Florida             

The Vitality Experience is a Florida-based telehealth practice for adults 18+, allowing you to receive ongoing care from the privacy and convenience of your home or office.

A Different Financial Model

The Vitality Experience is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Pricing for consultations and programs is provided in advance. Prescription and compounded medication, laboratory, supplement, imaging, and other third-party service costs are not included unless specifically stated. If you have insurance, third-party services may be covered by your health insurance plan.
