1. Begin With Your Consultation

All new patients begin with a required 45-minute comprehensive telehealth consultation — $399. We will discuss your health history, current concerns, goals, and determine what evaluation or laboratory testing may be appropriate.

***If you are a previous patient of Deb’s from another practice, you are not subject to the initial consultation requirement and may instead schedule the appropriate follow-up care appointment.***

2. Complete Your Evaluation

Laboratory testing, radiology studies, and additional diagnostic evaluation may be ordered based on your individual needs. Once results are available, we'll review the findings and discuss your options.

3. Choose Your Path Forward

Depending on your needs and goals, you may continue with Integrative Primary Care & Annual Wellness or enroll in one or more of our focused six-month programs.

4. Stay Connected

Follow-up appointments are 15–30 minutes depending on the type of appointment and individual patient needs, allowing us to monitor progress, review results, and adjust your plan when appropriate.
